The submission of this information is for planning purposes and market research only. It is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to procure any services, nor is it the intent of the Army Contracting Command - New Jersey (ACC-NJ) to award a contract on the basis of this request for information or otherwise pay for the information sought. 1. CONTRACT INFORMATION: ACC-NJ is seeking preliminary marketing information, from small businesses in all socio-economic categories to ascertain knowledge of potential qualified sources which are capable of performing the below requirement. This is a single requirement. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) classified for this effort is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction The ACC-NJ anticipates releasing a solicitation announcement, to be published via https://beta.sam.gov/ in the near future. The solicitation will result in a firm-fixed price contract with a period of performance of 90 days. 2. PROJECT SCOPE & 3 LOCATIONS: The proposed contract action will be for the installation of a fence around a retention ponds at the Attleboro USARC, 245 Honorable Gordon Owen Riverway, MA 02780, Project # CSS 15103; the installation of a 4 inch gate at the MG Harry J. Malony USARC, 11 Saratoga Blvd, Devens, MA 01432, Project 3 CSS# 20545; and installation of a 4 inch gate at the Major David S. Connelly AFRC, 115 Barnum Road, Ayer MA 01434, Project # CSS 20504 will be a firm fixed-price acquisition made under simplified acquisition procedures. The solicitation is anticipated to be issued as a small business set aside. 3. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: All interested vendors shall submit a Capability Statement via email to deborah.e.terrell.civ@mail.mil. Please put the solicitation number of this notice in the subject. Calls and fax transmittals in response to this Sources Sought Notice will NOT be accepted.
