The Army Contracting Command NJ - Fort Dix, is issuing this solicitation which will result in a Firm-Fixed Price purchase order. Work shall include but not be limited to: repairing the existing leaking pipe located at Boston Armed Forces Reserve Center, Barnes Building, 495 Summer Road, Boston, MA. 02210. All work shall be performed in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). Due to the complexity of this project it is highly recommended that the Contractor visit the worksite prior to submitting a proposal to perform the work. The Period of Performance will be 7 Calendar Days after the issuance of the Notice to Proceed. The required response date is included in the Instructions to Offerors, in the solicitation. Price proposal must be submitted along with the Price Breakdown template form (ATTACHMENTS).
