Snow Removal, New Castle, PA This is a Sources Sought Notice and should not be construed as a Solicitation Announcement. The submission of this information is for planning purposes only. It is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to procure any services, nor is it the intent of the Army Contracting Command - New Jersey (ACC-NJ) to award a contract on the basis of this request for information or otherwise pay for the information sought. 1. CONTRACT INFORMATION: ACC-NJ is seeking preliminary marketing information, from small businesses in all socio-economic categories to ascertain knowledge of potential qualified sources which are capable of performing the below requirement. This is a single requirement. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) classified for this effort is 561790 “Other Services to Building and Dwellings” The ACC-NJ anticipates releasing a solicitation announcement, to be published via https://beta.sam.gov/ in the near future. The solicitation will result in a firm-fixed price contract with a period of performance consisting of one (1) 12-month base period and four (4) 12-month option periods. 2. PROJECT SCOPE & LOCATION(S): AMSA # 110 (G), 2313 West State St, New Castle, PA 16101-1197 SEE ATTACHED DRAFT PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT FOR SPECIFIC DETAILS. 3. PREVIOUS CONTRACT: Badger Landscaping W15QKN-15-D-1020 $60,040.00 4. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: All interested vendors shall submit a Capability Statement via email. Calls and fax transmittals in response to this Sources Sought Notice will NOT be accepted.
