Technical - Technical Volume with their technical approach describing their ability to perform the requirements of the Specification of Work/solicitation stating how you will meet the requirements of the Specifications of Work /solicitation, to include availability of labor mix (labor classification/number of hours) and equipment to perform this effort. 6. Quote Breakdown - detailed, itemized breakdown of Labor and Material Breakout of quote (Labor Hours, Labor Categories, Labor Rates, Material Quantity, and Material Unit Price). 7.
