This is to correct the numbers of dumpsters stated in the body of the Line Items. Line Items for all base and all option years are corrected for quantities of dumpsters. The frequency of services remains unchanged. The Original PWS is correct. 1. Solicitation number W15WKN-20-Q-5097 is for Refuse & Recycling Services at the MG Maurice Rose Armed Force Reserve Center (AFRC), 375 Smith Street, Middletown, CT 06457. This requirement is being solicited, utilizing the procedures set forth in Federal AcquisitionRegulation (FAR) Part 12 (Acquisition of Commercial Items) and FAR Subpart 13.5 (SimplifiedAcquisition Procedures for Certain Commercial Items). 2. The purpose of this solicitation is to procure Refuse & Recycling services for the 99th Readiness Division (RD.) All Refuse & Recycling services shall be in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Site Map - See Attachments 3. The Government intends to award a single, Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) requirements contract. The period of performance for this effort shall be a 12-month base period and four, 12-month option periods as stated in contract when awarded. 4. The Offeror must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be eligible to receive a Department of Defense contract award.
