The Army Contracting Command - New Jersey has a requirement for refuse and recycling services at the MAJ David S. Connelly Armed Forces Reserve Center (AFRC), 115 Barnum Road, Ayer, Massachusetts 01434-3509. The contrator shall provide all personnel, supplies, supervision, tools, material, equipment, transportation and other items and non-personal services necessary to provide refuse and recycling services at the MAJ David S. Connelly AFRC in accordance with this Performance Work Statement (PWS). The anticipated contract type is a firm-fixed-price contract with a Period of Performance of a twelve (12) month base period and four (4) one year option periods from the date of award. Amendment is to add questions and answers to the solicitation and to extend the closing date to 08 April 2020 at 11:00 AM EST. Another amendment will be forthcoming with the amendment to the PWS wording as described in the questions and answers. Amendment 0002 is now posted with the Amended PWS.
