The U.S. Army Contracting Command - New Jersey is conducting market research to identify potential sources and other procurement details for Exterior Window Replacement in support of the 99th Readiness Division (RD) located at 228 Comfort Inn Road, Morgantown, WV 26505. The nature of these services include contractor provide all plant, labor, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and transportation to accomplish the following work, which consists of but is not limited to: removal and replacement of approximately thirty-three (33) exterior windows located within the Morgantown United States Army Reserve Center (USARC) Training Center and OMS buildings in accordance with the draft Specification of Work (SOW), attached. Responses should address the following items: (1) Provide a capability statement for the particulars of this effort, with appropriate documentation supporting claims of organizational and staff capability. (2) What type of work has your company performed in the past in support of the same or similar requirement?
