03-10-20 QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS ARE NOW POSTED, SEE ATTACHMENT Amended Solicitation 0001 is Posted on 03 March 2020 for additional work as stated in revised Statement of Work. The purpose of this Amendment 0001 is to: 1. Add additional work as reflected in revised SOW. Contractor shall provide and install 2 New Overhead doors to replace these damaged 2 doors that are being removed. Please see Revised SOW enclosed herein. Paragraphs 11.3.1.1 and 11.3.2.1 reflect this. In addition, Paragraph 11.3.2.3 was added to state that Contractor can connect new safety edges with strip heaters to existing local power. NOTE: THE TOTAL NUMBER OF DOORS THAT REQUIRE SAFETY EDGING REMAINS AT 20, JUST 2 OF THESE 20 DOORS MUST ALSO BE REPLACED. 2. New Worksheet must be completed to reflect the 2 new Overhead doors as part of your proposal, see Revised Worksheet Attachment 3. A Site Visit is scheduled for these requirements on Monday 09 March 2020 at 10:00AM Eastern Std time.. The due date of the proposals will be extended until Monday, 16 March 2020 at 1:00PM, Eastern Std Time. 5. The Magnitude of Work has been changed to (b) Between $25,000 and $100,000. 6. Performance Bond Clauses have been added, See Clauses 52.228.13 and 52.228-14 7. All other terms and conditions remain the same. The Army Contracting Command, ACC-NJ, has a requirement for heated safety edging and interior Remote Control Stations on Overhead Doors at Conneaut Lake AMSA 103/ECS, 6467 Mikewood Blvd, Conneaut Lake, PA 16316-6661. All work shall be performed in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). The Period of Performance will be 60 Calendar Days after the award The required response date will be included in the Instructions to Offerors, in the solicitation.
