The purpose of this Amendment 0001 is to: 1. Add additional work as reflected in revised SOW. Contractor shall provide and install 2 New Overhead doors to replace these damaged 2 doors that are being removed. Please see Revised SOW enclosed herein. Paragraphs 11.3.1.1 and 11.3.2.1 reflect this. In addition, Paragraph 11.3.2.3 was added to state that Contractor can connect new safety edges with strip heaters to existing local power. NOTE: THE TOTAL NUMBER OF DOORS THAT REQUIRE SAFETY EDGING REMAINS AT 20, JUST 2 OF THESE 20 DOORS MUST ALSO BE REPLACED. 2. New Worksheet must be completed to reflect the 2 new Overhead doors as part of your proposal, see Revised Worksheet Attachment 3.
