The project is located at the Reserve Center, 179 Route 108, Somersworth, NH. The project includes,but is not limited to, providing all plant, labor, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and transportation to accomplish replace an electronic gate and ensure proper operation as defined by manufacture’s specifications as identified and incorporated in the Specifications of Work (SOW). A site visit is HIGHLY ENCOURAGED. A primary site visit will be held on Thursday January 30, 2020 at 10:00AM EST and an alternate site visit will be held on Tuesday, February 4, 2020 at 10:00AM EST. Attendees shall meet at Somersworth Army Reserve Center, 179 Route 108, Somersworth, NH 03878. Only one site visit is required on either one of the provided dates. The site visit shall be coordinated via email with the Regional Facility Operation Specialist (RFOS) Leslie Gadsby at leslie.s.gadsby.civ@mail.mil, and copy Contract Specialist, Deborah E.
