The purpose of this solicitation is to procure Yellow Ribbon: Lodging, Parking, and Meeting Space in support of the United States Army Reserve Command (USARC) and the 99th Readiness Division. The event is to be located in the Baltimore, MD area. The Government intends to award a single, firm-fixed-price (FFP) contract. The period of performance for this effort shall be one event 13-18 May 2020.
