The Army Contracting Command - New Jersey has a requirement for snow and ice removal services at the SGT Horace D. Brandt United States Army Reserve Center (USAC), 1201 Hillside Avenue, Schenectady, New York 12309-3501. The contractor shall provide all personnel, supplies, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, fuel and other items and non-personal services necessary to provide snow and ice removal services in accordance with this Performance Work Statement (PWS). The contractor shall provide the snow and ice removal services described in the PWS. The anticipated contract type is a Firm-Fixed-Price contract with a Period of Performance of a twelve (12) month base period and four (4) one year option periods from date of award.
