The submission of this information is for planning purposes only. It is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to procure any services, nor is it the intent of the Army Contracting Command - New Jersey (ACC-NJ) to award a contract on the basis of this request for information or otherwise pay for the information sought. 1. CONTRACT INFORMATION: ACC-NJ is seeking preliminary marketing information, from small businesses in all socio-economic categories to ascertain knowledge of potential qualified sources which are capable of performing the below requirement. This is a single requirement. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) classified for this effort is 562111 “Solid Waste Collection”. The ACC-NJ anticipates releasing a solicitation announcement, to be published via https://beta.sam.gov/ in the near future. The solicitation will result in a firm-fixed price contract with a period of performance consisting of one (1) 12-month base period and four (4) 12-month option periods. 2. PROJECT SCOPE & LOCATION: Refuse and Recycling Collection Sgt Catalin D. Dima Armed Forces Reserve Center (AFRC) / Army Maintenance Support Activity (AMSA) 106 (G), 910 Raz Avenue, New Windsor, NY 12553-4704 See attached Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) for specific details 3. PREVIOUS CONTRACT: Contract Number: W15QKN-14-P-1305 Contractor: Innovative Federal Operation Group Inc. Contract value: $55,932.20 Period of Performance: One (1) 12-month base period and four (4) 12-month option periods. 4. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: All interested vendors shall submit a Capability Statement via email. Calls and fax transmittals in response to this Sources Sought Notice will NOT be accepted.
