Due Date and Time Extended: See Amendment 0001 On behalf of the 99th Readiness Division (RD) the U.S. Army Contracting Command - New Jersey has a new requirement for the CSS# 18071- Repair Underground Pipe Breaks at the 1SG Adam S. Brandt Memorial United States Army Reserve Center (USARC) located at 700 E. Ordnance Rd., Baltimore, MD 21226 (MD002) under Solicitation No. W15QKN-20-Q-5035. The contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, equipment, materials, transportation, supervision and technical expertise to perform requirements in accordance with the Specification Of Work (SOW). All repairs outlined in the SOW shall be performed. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code that apply to the principal nature of the acquisition: 237110: Water and Sewer Line and Related Structures Construction. – Size Standard of $39,500,000.00. The period of performance for this requirement shall be for 30 calendar days from the notice to proceed. Place of Performance: 1SG Adam S. Brandt Memorial United States Army Reserve Center (USARC) located at 700 E. Ordnance Rd., Baltimore, MD 21226 (MD002) Quotes shall be valid for 120 calendar days from date of solicitation closure. THIS IS A 100% TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE AND IS SUBJECT TO THE AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS The Offeror must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award in order to be eligible to receive a Department of Defense contract award.
