The Period of Performance is four nights from 13 January 2020 through 17 January 2020, with check out 17 January 2020. This action is 100% Total Small-Business Set-Aside. The requirement shall consist of one Contract Line Item Number (CLIN): 200 lodging room nights for a total of 85 Service Members. The lodging facility shall support 35 double occupancy rooms and 15 single occupancy rooms for four nights. Basis for Award: the Government intends to make a single award resulting from this Request for Quote to the Contractor who submits the lowest price, technically acceptable quote. The U.S. Army Contracting Command-New Jersey (ACC-NJ) located at Fort Dix, NJ is surveying the market for potential contractors capable of providing lodging for the 290th Military Police Brigade (290th MP BDE). The lodging facility must be within a fifteen (15) mile radious of the 290th MP BDE, located at 3598 Bell Roads Nashville, TN 37214. The lodging facility shall support thirty-five (35) double occupancy rooms and fifteen (15) single occupancy rooms for a total amount of fifty (50) rooms per night for eighty-five (85) service members. The service members will be checking in on 13 January 2020 and checking out on 17 January 2020 for a total stay of four (4) nights.
