The U.S. Army, Army Contracting Command, New Jersey (CCNJ) on behalf of the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (CCDC) – Armaments Center, located at Picatinny Arsenal, NJ intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a firm fixed price contract to Space Electronics, 81 Fuller Way, Berlin, CT 06037-1540 for the repair of XKR5B Moment of Inertia Instrument (MOI) for Aeroballistics Division. Space Electronics is a small business and is the original equipment manufacturer (OEM). Only the OEM is authorized to provide the required equipment, installation and training services. The Authority for this procurement comes under 10 USC 2304(c) (1) where no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
