This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for subscription renewal prepared in accordance Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a sole source procurement in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). In accordance with FAR 13.105(c), the justification under this part is also publicized with this combined synopsis/solicitation. The Army Contracting Command-New Jersey (ACC-NJ) intends to award a new Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) non-competitive purchase order to SirsiDynix Corporation for the procurement of SirsiDynix annual service subscription in support of the U.S. Army Research Institute for the Behavioral and Social Sciences (ARI) Technical Library. It is anticipated this will be a 5 (five) year contract with one (l) base year and four (4) one year option periods in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
