This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested. The United States Army Contracting Command - New Jersey has a requirement to procure replacement of light pole fixture and related wiring at the Storck USARC, 100 Shore Road, Northfield, NJ 08225 in support of the 99th Readiness Division. The government intends to award a single firm-fixed-price type contract as a result of this solicitation. The period of performance is 90 Calendar Days from the Notice to Proceed Date to complete ALL TASKS associated with the Specification of Work (SOW). The contractor is required to furnish all plant, labor, expertise, equipment, materials, transportation, supervision, and appliances necessary to replace light pole fixture and related wiring.

The United States Army Contracting Command - New Jersey is issuing this Sources Sought Notice in an effort to perform market research to assist in determining the appropriate acquisition strategy for the replacement of damaged light pole fixture and related wiring at the Storck USARC, 100 Shore Road, Northfield, NJ 08225 in support of the 99th Readiness Division. The government intends to award a single firm-fixed-price type contract as a result of the solicitation to be issued. The expected period of performance is 90 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed date to complete ALL TASKS associated with the Specification of Work (SOW). The contractor is required to furnish all labor, expertise, equipment, materials, transportation, and appliances necessary to replace light pole fixture and related wiring. Attached is a DRAFT Specification of Work and associated picture documents for planning purposes only. No solicitation document exists at this time. Issuance of this notice does not constitute any obligation on the part of the government to procure this requirement or to issue a solicitation. In addition, the government is under no obligation to pay for information submitted in response to this notice and responses to this notice cannot be accepted as offers.
