This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation is attached to this notice - W15QKN-20-Q-0091 along with severl attachments. Title of Project: Low-Delay, High-Quality Video Streaming Over RF Mesh Network Scope of Work: The U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command Armaments Center New Equipment Training and Media Production Branch [CCDC AC NETMP] is requesting tactical Radio and Television Communication Equipment, Except Airborne, Multiple-In Multiple-Out [MIMO] radio systems currently in use in the broadcast video industry. The requirement also includes equipment warranty, end user training, and equipment technical support where applicable. Background: CCDC AC NETMP has a requirement for military and broadcast video radio communication systems. The equipment will be used in support of CCDC AC NETMP broadcast solutions, especially as it applies to live training exercises conducted by US Army and other federal organizations. Performance Period: The contractor shall complete delivery and training within 45 calendar days of contract award. Delivery, installation, and training shall not take place on Federal holidays or weekends unless directed by the Procurement Contracting Officer (PCO) or a representative of CCDC AC NETMP.
