The U.S. Army Contracting Command - New Jersey (ACC-NJ), on behalf of the Combat Capabilities Development Command- Armament Center (CCDC AC), intends to issue a sole source Request for Quote (RFQ) to Fisher Unitech, LLC, 404 E. 10 Mile Road #150, Pleasant Ridge, MI 48069-1201 for maintenance and repair services for Stratasys 3D printers. The effort will include one (1) base year and four (4) additional option years for a total period of performance of five (5) years. The proposed sole source acquisition will utilize the authority under FAR 13.106-1(b)(1): For purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold (SAT), only one source reasonably available, urgency, exclusive licensing agreements, brand name, or industrial mobilization. The applicable NAICS Code for this is 811219. THIS SYNOPSIS DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ).
