The U.S. Army, Army Contracting Command, New Jersey (CCNJ) on behalf of the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (CCDC) – Armaments Center, located at Picatinny Arsenal, NJ intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a firm fixed price contract to NCC Nano, LLC, 400 Parker Dr. Suite 1110, Austin, TX, for the delivery, installation and training of Novacentrix PulseForge 1200 Roll-to-Roll System Upgrades. NCC Nano, LLC is a small business and is the original equipment manufacturer (OEM). Only the OEM is authorized to provide the required equipment, installation and training services. The Authority for this procurement comes under 10 USC 2304(c) (1) where no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The NAICS code for this effort is 325910 and the small business sized standard is 500 employees. A Sole Source, Brand Name Justification was approved 26 March 2020 and the redacted document is attached to this notice.
