The US Army, Army Contracting Command – New Jersey, on behalf of the Combat Capabilities Development Command Armaments Center (CCDC-AC), hereby presents a requirement for one digital comparator with necessary hardware and software needed to support the following capabilities: Touch screen readout system with video edge sensing options, Linear- Heidenhain scales (0.001mm resolution), 0.11X, 0.16X, 0.24X telecentric lenses, LED illumination, DXF CAD file import, CNC measuring travel of 20” X-Axis 8” Y-Axis, Thread module for thread inspection, Profile module, Rotary vice 2 1/32 capacity In addition, the contractor shall deliver digital comparator to Picatinny Arsenal, NJ 07806-5000, and provide installation and training within the period of performance.
