The Army Contracting Command - New Jersey (ACC-NJ) Fort Dix NJ is issuing this Sources Sought in an effort to perform market research to assist in determining the acquisition strategy for lodging and meals services at Fort Hamilton located in Brooklyn, NY and Fort Dix, NJ. Lodging and meals are required to support Soldiers attending support operations in support of COVID-19 operations. The lodging facility and meals must adhere to TRADOC and AR 30-22, section 3-24. Soldiers shall be housed at a maximum of two Soldiers per room except those Soldiers holding Commander ranking positions, which will be authorized single rooms. The AR 30-22 states that Soldiers shall have access to three quality square meals per day, served in compliance with published/listed nutrition standards. The lodging facility shall support a total amount of approximately 100-200 double/single occupancy rooms for approximately 200-400 service members. The meals necessary shall be breakfast, lunch, and dinner for 200-400 service members (each meal). Meals/Billeting: Hotel/restaurant should be within a 20-25 mile radius of 114 White Ave, USAG Fort Hamilton, New York and 5418 Scott Plaza, Fort Dix, NJ 08064 in order for Soldiers to acquire the adequate amount of training time and not lose time commuting. The distance will be calculated by using Google Maps. This Sources Sought is for planning purposes only. No solicitation document exists at this time. Issuance of this notice does not constitute any obligation on the part of the Government to procure these items or to issue a solicitation. In addition, the Government is under no obligation to pay for information submitted in response to this Sources Sought, and responses to this notice cannot be accepted as offers. Any information that the vendor considers proprietary should be clearly marked as such. Responses to this Sources Sought should include the following submittal requirements: 1. Organization's name, address, e-mail, telephone and website address. 2. Provide a listing of three (3) most recent relevant projects your firm has performed. Include contract number, location, dollar value, period of performance, scope of work and point of contact. 3. Does your company have the cash flow or resources available to manage a large contract if the Government pays on a monthly basis? Based on the projected workload, how long would the firm be able to sustain payroll should a delay in payment occur? 4. If you lack sufficient experience in a particular area, please provide details explaining how you would overcome the lack of experience/capabilities in order to immediately perform that portion of the requirement upon Task Order award and your course of action to attain the capability. 5. Your firms Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) and Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code. 6. System for Award Management (SAM) registered NAICS codes.
