This RFI is being posted to satisfy the requirement of Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) 206.302-1(d). The Assistant Secretary of the Army, Manpower, and Reserve Affairs (ASA M&RA) has a requirement for Civilian Workforce Transformation (CWT)support. The contractor shall provide analytic, management, and advisory services to Government personnel working on the Army's CWT in support of the following four critical initiatives: Integration of Strategy and Policy, Enhanced Employee Engagement, Workforce Planning and Analysis, and Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Army-Civilian Personnel, and Civilian Leader Development Office. The period of performance is 22 August 2019 through 21 February 2020. This RFI will allow the Government to identify interested sources capable of meeting the stated requirements/period of performance. Failure to respond to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future associated Solicitation that may be issued. Information provided herein is subject to change and in no way binds the Government to solicit or award a contract.
