This RFI is being posted to satisfy the requirement of Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) 206.302-1(d). The Assistant Secretary of the Army (Acquisition, Logistics and Technology (ASA (ALT)) has a requirement for Human Capital Strategic Plan Implementation (HCSPI) in the areas of leadership training and coaching. The contractor shall provide specialized support in assisting the U.S. Army Director, Acquisition Career Management Office with tasks associated with implementation of the Army Acquisition Workforce HCSPI, to include a competency re-assessment, development of analysis tools, and provision of leadership training and coaching to senior management. The period of performance is anticipated to be 25 March 2019 through 21 October 2020. This RFI will allow the Government to identify interested sources capable of meeting the stated requirements/period of performance. Failure to respond to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future associated Solicitation that may be issued. Information provided herein is subject to change and in no way binds the Government to solicit or award a contract.
