The contrac... The scope of this requirement is in support of the 99th RD. The contractor will provide the necessary waste water disposal services in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The contractor shall provide all labor, supplies, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation and other items and non-personal services necessary to provide waste water disposal services. The result of this contract is to provide an empty holding tank for each latrine building free of debris and any black water. Latrine pump out services are to be performed on all three latrine holding tanks as detailed in the site plan. Latrines will be pumped out upon notification from COR. The result of this contract will achieve the standards set forth by the Armed Services, keeping the facility in a high state of cleanliness while promoting a safe and clean environment.
