The 99th Readiness Division (RD, Directorate of Public Works (DPW) has a requirement to repair solar parking lot light poles at Chili USARC, 49 Jetview Drive, Rochester NY 14624. The work to be performed at the Chili USARC will consist of replacing all the bad solar powered parking lot light pole batteries that have been identified on the drawing. Also, add a flat solar panel collector at the top of each light pole that will add additional charging capabilities to the solar batteries. All quantities are estimated. The Contractor shall field verify all quantities of batteries and additional solar panels needed to complete the work.

Army Contracting Command - New Jersey is issuing this Sources Sought Notice in an effort to perform market research to assist in determining the appropriate acquisition strategy for Repair Solar Parking Lot Light Poles to be performed at the Rochester, NY in support of the 99th Regional Support Command. The Government intends to award a single firm-fixed-price purchase order as a result of the solicitation to be issued. Attached is a DRAFT Performance Work Statement for planning purposes only. No solicitation document exists at this time. Issuance of this notice does not constitute any obligationon the part of the Government to procure these services or to issue a solicitation. In addition, the Government is under no obligation to pay for information submitted in response to this notice and responses to this notice cannot be accepted as offers.
