The Army Contracting Command - New Jersey (ACC-NJ), Fort Dix NJ is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) in an effort to perform market research to assist in determining the acquisition strategy for Basic Allowance for Housing Data Collection. The data collection process includes the following: gathering currently available, adequate and affordable rental housing data within the designated Military Housing Area (MHA); providing rental housing referral properties and real estate contacts that will be used in the data collection portion of the BAH rate setting process; and identifying unacceptable housing areas within the designated MHA that will be excluded from the data collection process (census tract exclusions). This RFI is to identify potential Small Business contractors for this requirement. This RFI is for planning purposes only. No solicitation document exists at this time. Issuance of this notice does not constitute any obligation on the part of the Government to procure these items or to issue a solicitation. In addition, the Government is under no obligation to pay for information submitted in response to this RFI, and responses to this notice cannot be accepted as offers. Any information that the vendor considers proprietary should be clearly marked as such. Responses to this RFI should include the following submittal requirements: 1. Name of Company; Company Address; Point of Contact, CAGE Code, and Socio-Economic Size Status (Large/Small Business/HubZone/8(a)/Woman Owned Small Business/etc.) Utilizing NAICS code 531390.
