Fire alarm system shall be complete detection system with automatic detection devices in all habitable areas of the facility with environmental conditions suitable for device operation. Include system wiring, raceways, pull boxes, terminal cabinets, outlet and mounting boxes, control equipment, alarm, and supervisory signal initiating devices, alarm notification appliances, and other accessories and miscellaneous items required for a complete operating system even though each item is not specifically mentioned or described. Provide system complete and ready for operation. Fire detection/mass notification control panel and field devices shall not be a propriety manufacturer.
