Move Sections 2.3.4.3, 2.3.4.4, and 2.3.4.5 to 2.3.1.2 and renumber them. 2. Clarify Program Start-up Meeting Requirement. 3. Extend the time provided to Offerors from 14 days to 21 days to submit final written proposals. 4. Add ITAR Warning and Destruction notice to all Distro D Documents. 5. Attachment 06 - Delivery Schedule: Update references due to renumbering of sections mentioned above. 6. Attachment 13, Model OTA: Revise payable milestone language and added Options Section. 7. Attachment 15, SLA: Added COTS definition and revised Dispute Procedures. 8. Attachment 18 - Business Status Certification: Correct attachment number in headings from 17 to 18. Added an initial design mockup deliverable; clarified NDA sill be utilized to provide mockups to third parties. 2. Clarify IMS updating requirements using Project server. 3. Changed proposal delivery methodology to CDs; clarified 12 point font does not apply to graphics; added initial bid sample fire control user manual safety assessment report. 4. Included allowance of 11x17 sized pages in sections that do not count toward the PPON page limit. 5. Clarified resource loaded IMS needs to be by labor category. 6. Clarified signature requirements for fully executed SLA. 7. Removed redundant specific aspects of IMS as areas are already covered. 8. Attachment 06 - Delivery Schedule: Updated to included initial mockups. 9. Attachment 08 - STP User Acceptance: Revised the wording of the questions. 10. As stated earlier, other parties interested in submitting a proposal, please follow the instructions to receive Limited Distribution Documents. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The U.S. Army Contracting Command - New Jersey (ACC-NJ), on behalf of Project Manager Soldier Weapons, is seeking proposals in regards to a Prototype Project Opportunity Notice (PPON) for the Next Generation Squad Weapons - Fire Control (NGSW-FC) program. The purpose of this PPON for NGSW-FC is to award up to two prototype Other Transaction Agreements (OTA) under the authority of 10 U.S.C. § 2371b, developing a fire control system under the NGSW-FC program. See attached NGSW-FC PPON for details. **Please note, Limited Distribution Documents must be requested through ACC-NJ. Offerors who have previously submitted the Distribution Limited Data Request forms contained in the PPON and have been approved will be issued Limited Distribution Documents via Safe Site. Other parties who would like to submit a proposal, must first fill out the Distribution Limited Data Request forms found in the PPON and submit for review and approval. Once approved, Limited Distribution Documents will be issued via Safe Site.
