The U.S. Army Contracting Command - New Jersey (ACC-NJ), 07806-5000, on behalf of the Project Manager Combat Ammunition Systems (PM CAS) intends to issue a Sole Source, Firm Fixed Price (FFP) modification to current contract W15QKN-13-D-0063, with Matech Industries, for the production of 120mm M31 Fins. This modification will extend Ordering Period 5 from 31 December 2018 to 31 March 2019, for the purchase of approximately 187,509 M31 Fins and will be issued under the authority of 10 U.S.C.2304(c)(1); as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(B)-Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. Deliveries are required in March 2020 at a monthly rate of up to 30,000 each. The quantities stated above are based upon mission needs of the U.S. Army and represents the minimum quantities required until the next competitive contract is awarded. This notice of intent is not a request for a Formal Request for Proposal (RFP), nor is the Government obligated to issue an RFP. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted.
