The US Army Contracting Command-New Jersey, on behalf of the Project Manager, Towed Artillery System (PM-TAS) intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a new sole source Firm Fixed Price (FFP) IDIQ Contract for the M777A2 Mission Computer (MSC) and M777A2 Chief of Section Display (CSD) to support the M777A2 Howitzer to DRS, 100 North Babcock Street, Melbourne, FL 32935-6715. The Justification & Approval (J&A), addresses duplication costs to the Government. Authority for this procurement comes under 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1); as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii)(A), Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirement.
