Solicitation W15QKN-19-R-0133 This requirement is for the production, test, inspect, package and deliver the M211 Infrared Countermeasure Decoy, as well as the MJU-50A/B and MJU-51A/B Infrared Countermeasure Flares. The M211, MJU-50 A/B and MJU-51A/B are part of the family of advance Infrared Countermeasure decoys designed to protect Army and Air Force aircraft against infrared seeking missile threats. The pyrophoric material payload reacts with the air generating infrared energy to decoy surface-to-air and air-to-air heat seeking missile. The associated Drawing Packages/Technical Data Packages (TDP) and additional specifications are listed in Section J as attachments and will be provided upon request. *Amendment 0001 was issued in order to answer quetsions recieved in response to the W15QKN-19-R-0133 Solicitation. This Amendment also extended the Response date to 10 January 2020 at 3:00pm EST. In addition, Amendment 0001 includes the Exhibits and Attachment 33, titled "Amendment 0001 Questions and Responses - No Restriction". Update FAT Clins to Inspection/Acceptance Origin as well as update National Stock Numbers for the M211. ** Amendment 0002 was issued in order to answer a question recieved in response to W15QKN-19-R-0133. All mentions of electronic decal requirements for the MJU-50A/B and MJU-51A/B have been removed. ***Amendment 0003 was issued in order to extended the Response date to 31 January 2020 at 3:00pm EST.
