The Army Contracting Command - New Jersey is contemplating award of a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Purchase Order, with four (4) option periods, to be awarded on a sole source basis to ECI JobBOSS, LLC, for the continued maintenance and support to existing JobBoss software, in support of The US Army Combat Capabilities Development Command - Armaments Center. A corresponding Limiting Competition Justification and Approval utilizing the authority FAR 13.106-1(b) (1): For purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold, only one source reasonably available, urgency, exclusive licensing agreements, brand name, or industrial mobilization has been approved and a Solicitation for the aforementioned software maintenance and support is also attached to this notice and quote is due 3 May 2019.
