(ii) This solicitation number, W15QKN-19-R-0097, is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) to meet a requirement to Forensic Extraction System software to service the United States Army Criminal Investigation Command (CID). (iv) Notice of 100% Total Small Set-Aside Solicitation. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) code for this effort is 511210, Software Publisher, with a size standard of $38,500,000.00. (vi) The contractor shall provide software that has the ability to unlock iOS devices, provide a full extraction of the devices and retrieve deleted messages on iOS devices. The U.S. Army Contracting Command (ACC) of New Jersey has a FY19 requirement for a Forensic Extraction System that has the ability to auto-discover 4 and 6 number passcodes, unlock iOS devices to recover deleted information, do a full extraction and provide maintenance support. This is not a request for proposal or request for quote. This sources sought/pre-solicitation notice in no way binds the government to solicit or award a contract. No solicitation exists at this time and proposals are being requested or accepted with this notice.
