This is a solicitation for proposals to small businesses relative to their size classification under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for the proposed acquisition (238220- Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors) with a small business size standard of $15,000,000.00. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested. The United States Army Contracting Command - New Jersey has a requirement to procure the repair of the Daikin Variable Refrigerant Flow System (VRF) at the Salem PFC Cloyse E Hall, USARC 1915 Roanoke Blvd, Salem VA 24153 in support of the 99th Readiness Division. The Government intends to award a single firm-fixed-price type contract as a result of this solicitation. The period of performance is 60 Calendar Days from the Notice to Proceed Date to complete ALL TASKS associated with the Scope of Work (SOW). The contractor is required to furnish all labor, expertise, equipment, materials, transportation, and appliances necessary to repair the Daikin Variable Refrigerant Flow System (VRF).
