The purpose of this notice is to obtain the following information: (1) The availability and capability of qualified small business sources; and (2) Whether or not this requirement is suitable for a small business set-aside under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for the proposed Acquisition, 238160 - Roofing Contractors, Size Standard $15,000,000.00 Requirement Description: On behalf of the 99th Readiness Division the U. S. Army Contracting Jersey (ACC-NJ) has a requirement for roof repairs at the Big Bend USARC/OMS (WV016), located at RR#1 Box 174 Big Bend, West Virginia 26136-9724. The anticipated period of performance for this requirement is 90 calendar days form the notice to proceed date. Requirement Magnitude: Between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00 The Government intends to award a single firm-fixed-price contract as a result of the solicitation to be issued. The contractor shall provide all plant, labor, equipment, tools, materials, technical support, supervision and transportation to accomplish all work in accordance with the DRAFT Scope of Work (SOW). All repairs outlined in the DRAFT SOW shall be performed. Review attached DRAFT Scope of Work for additional requirements. No solicitation document exists at this time. Issuance of this notice does not constitute any obligation on the part of the Government to procure these services or to issue a solicitation. In addition, the Government is under no obligation to pay for information submitted in response to this notice and responses to this notice cannot be accepted as offers.
