The U.S. Army Contracting Command - New Jersey is conducting market research to identify potential sources and other procurement details for Refuse Services in support of the 99th Readiness Division (RD) located at Fort Story USARC, 866 Carolina Rd, Suffolk, VA 23434 in accordance with the attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). The nature of these services include contractor provide all personnel, supplies, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, fuel and other items and non-personal services necessary to provide refuse collection and recycling services in accordance with the attached draft PWS. Responses should address the following items: (1) Provide a capability statement for the particulars of this effort, with appropriate documentation supporting claims of organizational and staff capability. (2) What type of work has your company performed in the past in support of the same or similar requirement? (3) Does your organization plan to utilize subcontracting or teaming arrangements in order to perform the tasks of this requirement?
