The U.S. Army Contracting Command - New Jersey is conducting market research to identify potential sources and other procurement details for a Repair Drain Storm System in support of the 99th Readiness Division (RD) located at 6 Armory Road, Clarksburg, WV 26301-9367. The nature of these services include contractor provide all plant, labor, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and transportation to accomplish the following work which consists of but is not limited to replacing gutters and downspouts on AMSA shop, installing new underground piping to connect downspouts to existing underground storm sewer system, fabricating/supplying new solid covers to replace grating on mud tank/oil water separator in accordance with the draft Specification of Work (SOW), attached. Responses should address the following items: (1) Provide a capability statement for the particulars of this effort, with appropriate documentation supporting claims of organizational and staff capability. (2) What type of work has your company performed in the past in support of the same or similar requirement? (3) Does your organization plan to utilize subcontracting or teaming arrangements in order to perform the tasks of this requirement?
