This will be a small business set-aside, possibly for a socio economic group ie. Woman Owned or Service Disabled Veteran, etc. The purpose of this notice is to obtain the following information: 1) The availability and capability of qualified sources 2) Whether you are a small business relative to the size classification under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for the proposed acquisition (238990.) However, if you have another NAICS Code that qualifies you for the work in the attached SOW you can still submit a capabilities statement. Army Contracting Command, ACC, NJ has a requirement in support of the 99th Regional Support Command for Parking Lot repairs construction for the MG Maurice Rose Armed Force Reserve Center (AFRC,) 375 Smith Street, Middletown, CT 06457-1809. This is for the procurement of work which consists of but is not limited to milling and repairing/filling all cracks in the MG MAURICE ROSE AFRC asphalt paved parking lots and roadways. Work shall also include resealing asphalt paved parking and roadway surfaces as well as restriping approximately 309 parking spots. For additional work, see SOW attached.
