PLEASE READ ENTIRE SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION BEFORE CONTACTING FOR QUESTIONS The Army Contracting Command NJ - Fort Dix, is issuing this solution which will result in a Firm-Fixed Price purchase order. Work shall include but not be limited to: disconnecting and removing (4) existing Laars boilers and replacing them with (2) new 95% high efficient Lochinvar knight 199 boilers or equivalent which meets all specifications needed to replace current boiler system. Contractor shall also remove and replace (2) faulty taco heating circulator pumps with comparable products and replace approximately (15) linear feet of cracked hydronic baseboard heating element located in the kitchen. Contractor shall field verify all dimensions and quantities prior to ordering material. All work shall be performed in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). The Period of Performance will be 90 Calendar Days after the issuance of the Notice to Proceed. The required response date will be included in the Insstructions to Offerors, in the solicitation. BOTH TECHNICAL AND PRICE PROPOSALS MUST BE SUBMITTED ALONG WITH THE PRICE BREAKDOWN FORM (ATTACHMENT).
