The Army Contracting Command - New Jersey has the above requirement to procure refuse and recycling services at the Amherst United States Army Reserve Center (USARC), 100 North Forest Road, Amherst, NY 14221-5244 and the PFC Charles E. DeGlopper USARC, 2393 Colvin Blvd., Tonawanda, NY 14150-4414. The contractor shall provide all personnel, supplies, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation and other items and non-personal services necessary to provide refuse and recycling services at the Amherst USARC and the PCF Charles E. DeGlopper USARC in accordance with this Performance Work Statement (PWS). The anticipated contract type is a Firm-Fixed-Price contract with a period of performance of a twelve (12) month base period and four (4), twelve (12) month option periods from date of award. This acquisition is a 100% Economically Disadvantaged Women Owned Small Business (EDWOSB) set-aside.
