Pre-Solicitation Notice: The purpose of this synopsis is to provide notification of the Government's expected solicitation release set for the date of on or around Friday, 24 May 2019. The solicitation number will be W15KN19Q1210. Procurement Description: The Army Contracting Command - New Jersey (ACC-NJ) is procuring a new requirement for Construction Concrete Pads on behalf of the 99th Regional Support Command (RSC) in Plattsburgh, NY. The Government intends to issue a solicitation under the Total Small Business Set-Aside preference for this requirement. The Contractor shall have 90 Calendar days from the Notice to Proceed Date to complete ALL TASKS associated with the SPECIFICATION of Work. This requirement will be funded utilizing Operation and Maintenance - Army Reserve (OMAR) funds. The solicitation will result in a new Firm-Fixed-Priced (FFP) contract awarded to the lowest priced responsible, responsive offeror, whose approach meets the requirements of the solicitation. Description of Services: The contractor shall provide all plant, labor, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and transportation to accomplish the following work which consists of but is not limited to constructing a concrete pad between Storage and OMS building. All quantities are estimated. Contractor shall field verify all dimensions and quantities prior to ordering material. The contractor must use technical expertise to perform requirements in accordance with the specifications and allotted period of performance described in this Specification of Work (SOW). ***Please note that this notice does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP).
