The Service Provider will furnish one reefer trailer to remain outside Building 2618 with the purpose to store and maintain ice in a frozen state. The Service Provider will furnish all bagged ice to reefer trailer located outside Building 2618, Fort Pickett, VA and the 174th Infantry Brigade Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) will determine the exact location. Preferable ice is in 10 or 20 lb. bags. The Service Provider shall plan, program, administer, manage, and execute the work necessary to provide one reefer trailer and ice as required by the projected requirement of 3000 lbs. of ice per day. This requirement will be set aside 100% for small businesses utilizing NAICS Code 312113 with a size standard in number of employees is 750. This synopsis is provided for informational purposes and is not considered a request for quote. The solicitation will be posted on or about 6 May 2019. The offer due date will be stated in the solicitation. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-60.
