Army Contracting Command-New Jersey (ACC-NJ) on behalf of the 99th Regional Support Command, has a requirement to procure Refuse collection and Recycling Services at the Cornelius H. Charlton United States Army Reserve Center (USARC), 201 Industrial Park Road, Beaver WV, 25813-9307. The period of performance for this requirement shall be a 12-month base year with four, 12-month option periods. The result of this market research will contribute to determine the method of procurement, if a requirement materializes. Based on the responses to this sources sought notice/market research, this requirement may be set aside on a competitive basis.
