The Army Contracting Command - New Jersey has a supply requirement for Bituminous Asphalt Materials for renovations and improvements to be delivered to the Keystone LTA Training Grounds located at 6467 Mikewood BLVD Conneaut Lake, PA 16316 (as listed in detail in the PWS). The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract with a MANDATORY Period of Performance for this effort shall be, delivery of all Bituminous Asphalt materials between July 22, 2019 - July 26, 2019 in accordance with the on-site construction schedule. The Solicitation Number W15QKN-19-Q-1172 issued as restricted to 100% TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE for this requirement.
