The Army Contracting Command - New Jersey (ACC-NJ), Fort Dix NJ is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) in an effort to perform market research to assist in determining the acquisition strategy for Lumber. This is a requirement for lumber, delivery and unpacking at Fort Dix, NJ. There is no fork lift or manpower at the designated locations. The anticipated contract type will be Firm Fixed Price. This RFI is to identify potential Small Business contractors for this requirement. This RFI is for planning purposes only. No solicitation document exists at this time. Issuance of this notice does not constitute any obligation on the part of the Government to procure these items or to issue a solicitation. In addition, the Government is under no obligation to pay for information submitted in response to this RFI, and responses to this notice cannot be accepted as offers. Any information that the vendor considers proprietary should be clearly marked as such. Responses to this RFI should include the following submittal requirements: 1. Name of Company; Company Address; Point of Contact, CAGE Code, and Socio-Economic Size Status (Large/Small Business/HubZone/8(a)/Woman Owned Small Business/etc.) Utilizing NAICS code 321912. Responses to this RFI shall be submitted by 02 April 2019 at 02:00 PM EST to Timothy.j.mccleary.civ@mail.mil. Only e-mail submittals will be accepted.
