The award will be a fixed price contract with a period of performance from 90 days after Notice to Proceed. The contractor shall furnish all supervision, personnel, equipment, tools, transportation, and materials necessary for closing (Removing from Service) a fuel tank, repairing/painting tanks, as well as replacing leak detection and gauging systems as per the Statement of Work. This acquisition is under the primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) of 237120 and a size standard of $38.5 Million. The SOLICITATION NUMBER is W15QKN-19-Q-1169. The proposals in response to the solicitation are due on 31 May 2019 at 1PM Eastern Std Time.The due date is also stated in the solicitation.
