DEADLINE TO SUBMIT QUOTES IS 8 APRIL 2019 @3:00PM EST. This Solicitation is for a Lodging Requirement for the Military Intelligence Readiness Command (MIRC), supporting the 259th unit, in Washington from 16 - 30 June 2019. This requirement includes a total of 714 lodging rooms. This is not a solicitation for Event Planning Services. For a quote submitted by an offeror that is not a hotel, the offeror must describe in its quote the technical/pricing approach for the offeror's services as a prime contractor and must also include a copy of all insurance(s)(standard business, liability, extraordinary insurances) in order to submit a complete technical quote for evaluation purposes. The award will be a fixed price contract with a period of performance from 16 - 30 June 2019. This acquisition is 100% total small business set-aside. The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 721110, size standard of $32.5 Million. Prospective Contractors must be verified on System for Award Management(SAM) website. The solicitation has been posted today, 26 March 2019 via Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) at fbo.gov. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the current version of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). It is the responsibility of the offeror to review the web page for notice of amendments, updates or changes to the solicitation. No hard copies will be mailed. To be eligible for award, prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management(SAM) Internet site, www.sam.gov, under the appropriate small business category and NAICS should be registered on ORCA Internet Site.
