PLEASE READ ENTIRE SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION BEFORE CONTACTING FOR QUESTIONS The Army Contracting Command NJ - Fort Dix, is issuing this solicitation that will result in a Firm Fixed Price purchase order. Work shall include but not be limited to the removal and replacement of old shingles and underlayment from damaged areas, removal and replacement of old flashing on the chimney and removal and replacement of any damaged sheathing. All work shall be performed in accordance with the Specifications of Work (SOW). The Period of Performance will be 90 Calendar Days after the issuance of the Notice to Proceed. The required response date will be included in the Instructions to Offerors, in the solicitation. BOTH TECHNICAL AND PRICE PROPOSALS MUST BE SUBMITTED ALONG WITH A PRICE BREAKDOWN.
