This Combined Synopsis Solicitation is for the 200th Military Police Company, lodging requirement for 01 March 2019 through 03 March 2019 for their Pre Mobilization SRP II training event at Ft. Meade, MD. This action is 100% Total Small-Business Set-Aside under NAICS code 721110 - Hotels (except Casino Hotels) and Motels. The period of performance for this effort is 01 March through 03 March 2019. All rooms must be at no more than 2 location and be within a 15 mile radius of the training location, Fort Meade, MD 20755 and within 20 miles apart from each other. The distance shall be calculated by estimating the distance from the hotel to the exact address of 1250 Annapolis Road, Ft Meade, MD 20755. The contractor shall provide 70 double occupancy rooms and 8 single occupancy rooms per night for 140 Soldiers for 3 nights for a total of 210 double occupancy rooms and 24 single occupancy rooms. Females and males will be housed in separate rooms.
